1. Processing:

Once we received your order please allow 24-48 hours for processing (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays also National Holidays) . You will receive a tracking number once USPS receive the package.  

2. Shipping 

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. We ship most orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives safely and on time please make your address is entered correctly (Street address, numbers, apartment numbers, abbreviations) Lose Leaf Clothing Isn’t responsible for any Stolen, Lost, Damaged, or misspelled address.

3. Returns/Exchanges 

Our return policy last 48 hours after order is received. Returns/Exchanges aren’t processed until we receive the item at our HQ. Once a return label is issued item must be bought to USPS within 48 hours for exchange for store credit only! Item must be in good condition and in original package.
